At VERLOOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
